2020 Bubbly Rosé
A fruit-driven sparkling rosé with signature Nova Scotian freshness and fragrant floral aromatics. Secondary fermentation via Charmat Method provided a delicate and persistent bubble. Given the desired style, lees contact time was kept short to preserve freshness and purity of fruit character.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant pink in colour with lively bubbles. Aromatic and lightly sparkling in style; fruit-driven and fresh, with bright red berry, rhubarb and rosewater notes. The warm 2020 vintage gave generous ripe fruit flavours, resulting in our driest Bubbly Rosé to date, balanced by accents of pink grapefruit and a refreshing saline finish.
This wine works well as a versatile aperitif and is ideal for summer patio sipping or paired with light lunch fare. Suggested pairings include maki sushi, lactic cheeses, salty/cured meats, saffron risotto and fruit-based desserts.
