Flora is a blend of select aromatic white varieties that have proven to be a natural match for our ocean influenced terroir and cool climate in Nova Scotia. A Germanic-inspired white blend, Flora displays the signature perfumed, fragrant aromatics, vibrancy and freshness of the region. Fermentation takes place in 100% stainless steel to preserve primary fruit flavours and aromatic purity.

Tasting Notes

Light gold in the glass with subtle green flecks. On the nose, luscious, ripe fruit notes - yellow plum and honeydew melon - integrate with suggestions of chamomile and crystallized ginger. Light in body, yet moderately round, and slightly off-dry, balanced by refreshing cool climate acidity.

Pairing suggestions include ceviche, lightly spiced mussels, baked ham, sushi, soft cheeses, crab cakes and slightly spicy dishes highlighting ginger and chilies.
