In the vineyard
All grapes were hand-picked from our certified organic vineyards, grown according to biodynamic agriculture principles. The inaugural release is from the 2014 vintage, a fairly typical cool-climate growing season which allowed for a beautiful balance between vibrant concentration and elegant freshness.

In the cellar
Each grape variety was pressed individually and transferred to stainless steel for primary fermentation, which was conducted at cool temperatures to enhance freshness and fruit intensity. After careful assessment by our winemaking team, a blend of select aromatic varieties was chosen. Secondary fermentation took place via the Traditional Method, in bottle. In-bottle ageing on the lees was kept short to preserve the fresh, primary-fruit aromatic.

In the glass
A brilliant pink with fine bubbles in the glass. Strawberry, rhubarb, and rosewater notes dominate the nose. Wonderfully balanced and focused, the palate expresses grapefruit flavor, mid-palate salinity, and a bright finish.
