In the cellar
This Riesling was fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve fresh, fruit aromatics. A portion of the juice was preserved as “süssreserve” – later, this addition of unfermented grape juice was added to provide a hint of natural sweetness, complexity, and achieve balance.

In the glass
Notes of honeycrisp apple and clover with hints of apricot on the nose. The palate is dominated by lime fruit and chalk. The sweetness on the finish is balanced by a backbone of bright, revitalizing acidity.
