Join Chef Michael Smith and The Inn at Bay Fortune Fire Brigade at Lightfoot & Wolfville Vineyards in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, for two special evenings. Experience a collaborative celebration from two sustainably-minded Atlantic Canadian farms. First, join an interactive Oyster Hour reception of live-fire flavours, then sit down for an extravagant communal feast at the Barrel Cellar harvest tables. Enjoy a five-course menu of vegetables, herbs, flowers, ferments, forages, and flourishes from the Inn's legendary Culinary Farm on Prince Edward Island, served with Nova Scotia raised grass-fed meats from the biodynamic farm at Lightfoot & Wolfville Vineyards. Beverage pairing options include an organic and biodynamic wine pairing featuring exclusive back vintages from the Lightfoot & Wolfville library or a curated non-alcoholic option featuring Tangled Garden cordials.

Tickets are $243 (+ tax) including welcome reception, multi-course dinner with beverage pairing and gratuity.

  • Please note that seating for this event is banquet style at communal harvest tables. If there are other guests attending who you'd like to sit with to fill a full table of 10 guests, please let us know and we will hold a table for your group.
