Throughout the height of Nova Scotia summer, we invite you to join us for Chef Chris Pyne's Tidal Bay Seafood Suppers & Lobster Dinners.

Hosted each Wednesday evening from July 1st to September 2nd (with the first Wednesday of each month reserved specifically for our Lobster Dinners), this weekly dining series celebrates the abundance and variety of Nova Scotia seafood. Each menu, crafted by Executive Chef Chris Pyne, is rooted in seasonality and shaped by our shoreline - offering a fresh expression of what makes Nova Scotia so special. Join us for an evening centred around fresh seafood, good company, and our newly released 2025 Tidal Bay.
