Flora is a blend of select aromatic white varieties that have proven to be a natural match for our ocean influenced terroir and cool climate in Nova Scotia. A Germanic-inspired aromatic white blend, Flora displays the signature perfumed, fragrant aromatics, vibrancy and freshness of the region. Fermentation takes place in 100% stainless steel to preserve primary fruit flavours and aromatic purity.

Tasting Notes

Light gold in the glass with subtle emerald flecks. On the nose, a bouquet of fresh fruit and integrated floral notes - white peach, jasmine and honeydew melon - with hints of chamomile and fresh cut grass. Light in body with relatively low alcohol (11%), mid-palate salinity and a balanced finish.

Pairing suggestions include ceviche, lightly spiced mussels, baked ham, sushi, soft cheeses, crab cakes and slightly spicy dishes highlighting ginger and chilies.
