Join Chef Michael Smith and The Inn at Bay Fortune Fire Brigade at Lightfoot & Wolfville Vineyards in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, for a collaborative Cellar Feast and an intimate culinary experience featuring the best of their farms and vineyard. Each special evening begins with an interactive Oyster Hour reception of live-fire flavours, island fresh oysters and our forager's bounty. Following the reception, enjoy five courses and five wines served at the harvest tables of the legendary Barrel Cellar below. Five carefully curated pairings— a progression of ideas, flavours and wines— tell a delicious story of collaboration between Canadian chefs, winemakers and sommeliers.

Tickets are $248 (+ tax) including welcome reception, multi-course dinner with beverage pairing and gratuity.
