Join us on Saturday, March 1st for an intimate barrel cellar dinner celebrating the richness of Nova Scotia's winter harvest.
The menu for this evening, crafted by Executive Chef Chris Pyne, highlights local winter vegetables, our house-made preserve program and the thoughtfully raised meats from Lightfoot Farms, all beautifully complemented by our organic and biodynamic wines.
Following a welcome reception with sparkling wine and live fire canapés, guests will be seated in our barrel cellar for a four-course dinner with wine pairings or a non-alcoholic beverage pairing option.
Tickets ($129.80 per person +hst) include the welcome reception, four-course dinner, wine pairing or non-alcoholic beverage pairings and gratuity.
