Join us on Saturday, June 27th as we kick off summer with an evening of Caribbean-inspired cuisine, thoughtful wines, and vibrant music among the vines. We are thrilled to welcome Chef Dwight Smith to the vineyard alongside Chef Chris Pyne for this lively summer celebration, bringing together bold flavours and the easy rhythm of summer.
The evening begins with a relaxed outdoor hangout featuring a welcome beverage, specialty tropical cocktails available for purchase, Caribbean-inspired bites, lawn games, and vibrant music. As the sun begins to set over the vineyard, guests will enjoy a seated four-course dinner in the Marquee Tent, featuring classic Caribbean flavours utilizing Nova Scotian ingredients, thoughtfully prepared by Chef Dwight Smith and Chef Chris Pyne.
Tickets ($147.50 + tax) include a welcome beverage, summer evening reception, 4-course dinner & gratuity. Specialty cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic options will be available for additional purchase.
