A Germanic-inspired aromatic white blend, Flora displays the signature perfumed, fragrant aromatics, vibrancy and freshness of the region. Fermentation takes place in 100% stainless steel to preserve primary fruit flavours and aromatic purity.

Tasting Notes

Light gold in the glass with subtle green reflections. The nose offers a layered bouquet of fresh and ripe fruit—yellow plum, white peach, and honeydew melon—interwoven with floral notes of jasmine and chamomile, and a hint of ginger spice and fresh-cut grass. Light in body with relatively low alcohol (11%), it carries a gentle roundness and slight off-dryness on the palate, balanced by cool-climate acidity, mid-palate salinity, and a clean, harmonious finish.

Pairing suggestions include ceviche, lightly spiced mussels, baked ham, sushi, soft cheeses, crab cakes and slightly spicy dishes highlighting ginger and chilies.
