Bubbly White NV Can (12 pack)

Nova Scotia’s cool climate and ocean influenced terroir provide the ideal conditions for expressive aromatic whites and lively sparkling wines. Lightfoot & Wolfville’s Bubbly White celebrates the essence of both these signature styles as a fresh, fragrant, Germanic-inspired aromatic sparkling.

As part of our guiding ethos as an organic and biodynamic farm winery, we're constantly looking for ways to operate more sustainably and reduce our environmental footprint. The recyclability and lighter weight of the can makes for an attractive format, as does the portability. Ideal for picnics and outdoor adventures, the immediate accessibility and approachability of the can format is a perfect match for the Bubbly White, an easy-going celebration wine.

A non-vintage wine, Bubbly White is a blend of multiple vintages to ensure a consistent style, quality level and sustainable production practices, regardless of variation in growing conditions from year to year. Fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve aromatic purity, freshness and natural effervescence. Canned under pressure to approximately 1 bar for a light, refreshing spritz.

Available for shipping in packs of 12 cans (12 x 237 ml).

Tasting Notes

Pale gold in colour with a light, lively effervescence. On the nose, fragrant, expressive notes of white blossom and honeyed tree fruit, pear and peach, are accented by hints of lemongrass and ginger. The fresh fruit flavours carry over to the palate, with lush, ripe melon balanced by refreshing citrus.

Serve well chilled. Bubbly White serves well as an apéritif, alongside casual picnic lunch or brunch fare, or when paired with Thai-inspired dishes with light to medium spice, such as Pad Thai or curries.
